WHAT IS THERAPEUTIC SINGING?
It is a tool that enhances well-being through the voice in a psychological therapy context.

It is a methodology that enhances self-knowledge and connection with oneself. The person connects with his voice, but also with his emotions and feelings. It listens to their goals, desires and needs.

Your voice is a subtle thread between your body and your essence:
Plato said "The voice is the reflection of the soul" thus opening the door to song therapy.
If you follow your voice inward, you harmonize, you reconstruct yourself, and you get closer to what you are.

The PROCESS OF SINGING AND THERAPY

  • Vocal warm-up and body awareness. Posture, breathing and vocal techniques of projection, placement, attack and if necessary intonation.
  • Then, through the use of the voice and the word, we work on therapeutic aspects relevant to the patient or, in the case of group sessions, aspects related to the objectives set at group level.
  • At the end of the session, generally, there is always a vocal or corporal relaxation dynamic.
