WHAT IS GESTALT THERAPY?
Gestalt therapy is a model of psychotherapy belonging to humanistic psychology that approaches problems from a very broad perspective and is characterized by developing human potential and personal growth.
The Gestalt approach tells us that the whole is more than the sum of its parts (body, mind and soul).

The main bases of Gestalt are: Awareness, here and now and personal responsibility.

I OFFER YOU AN ACCOMPANIMENT...

Respectful, kind, loving and non-judgmental, in a safe space of intimacy and trust where you can open up and express the issues that concern you in your present moment.

If you give me your hand, I accompany you to become aware of those things that are repeated in your life, of the behaviors and blocks that do not let you move forward. Thus developing skills that lead you to a self-knowledge that allows you to have confidence, security and freedom to do things differently and realize that calm and well-being depend on yourself.

When that time comes I will release your hand and you will be ready to go on your way.
